1. Processing Time
1.1 Print-on-Demand Production:
All of our products are made to order, meaning they are produced only after your order is placed. Please allow 2 - 7 business days for production time before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item or during peak holiday seasons.
1.2 Business Days:
Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
2.1 Shipping Carriers:
Shipping carriers are determined by the print vendor. Shipping times may vary among different vendors.
2.2 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the product types in your order. You can view the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping Restrictions
3.1 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.
4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Returns: Since all items are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.2 Refunds: If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon approval of your request.
5.3 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in the order.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
6.1 Customs Fees and Import Duties:
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
6.2 Delays Due to Customs:
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times.
7. Shipping Delays
7.1 Unexpected Delays:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7.2 Peak Season Delays:
During busy periods, such as holidays, there may be longer processing and shipping times. We encourage you to place your order early to avoid delays during these periods.
8. Shipping Issues
8.1 Incorrect Address:
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to a corrected address.
8.2 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
8.3 Lost or Missing Orders:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
