At PhoKingGifts.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since all products are custom-made upon order through our print-on-demand service, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or there is an error with the order. Please review our policy for details on when you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

1. Conditions for Refunds and Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products:
If your product arrives with manufacturing defects, damage, or printing errors, you may request a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the defect or damage.

1.2 Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, design, or color), we will replace the product or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include a photo of the incorrect product along with your order details.

1.3 Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier or delivered to the wrong address due to our mistake, we will resend the order or issue a refund. Please contact us if your tracking shows that the item was not delivered or was misdelivered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

2.1 Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues:
Since all items are custom printed upon order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind) or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2.2 Incorrect Address Provided:
If the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout and the item is delivered to that incorrect address, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. Make sure to double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

2.3 Normal Wear and Tear:
Products that have been used, washed, or show normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

3.1 Contact Us:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.

3.2 Approval Process:
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement request has been approved. If approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund to your original payment method.

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 - 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account

5. Printify Production and Shipping

Since we use Printify as a print-on-demand service provider, refunds and replacements are subject to Printify's policies and quality assurance process. We work closely with Printify to resolve any issues related to defective or damaged products.
